Refund Policy
Overview
PageLint audits are digital goods delivered instantly — the full report is generated and available within minutes of purchase. Because of that, completed purchases are non-refundable. You can always run the free quick audit first to see exactly how PageLint evaluates your page before paying anything.
Pro Subscription ($19/mo)
- Cancel anytime from your Billing page — no emails, no hoops.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep Pro access and your remaining audit quota until that date, and you will not be charged again.
- Payments already made — including the current period and any unused quota — are not refunded.
One-Time Full Audits ($29)
A one-time audit is delivered immediately after payment and is non-refundable once the report has been generated. One exception: if the audit fails to generate for technical reasons, we will re-run it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, as permitted under EU and UK consumer law for digital content.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxation, and refund processing. Refund decisions are made by PageLint; Paddle executes them.
