Who we are
PageLint is built by an independent developer.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist:
- Your email address
- The URL you submitted for audit
- Timestamp of submission
- Your tier preference (free or founder)
When you use the site:
- Anonymous usage analytics via PostHog (page views, scroll depth, interactions)
- No cookies for tracking — PostHog uses anonymous session identifiers
- IP address is logged by our server for security (auto-deleted after 30 days)
How we use your data
- To notify you when PageLint opens for access
- To send you your audit report (once Phase 2 launches)
- To improve the product based on aggregate analytics
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use your data for third-party marketing.
How we store it
- Data is stored on a private server with access restricted to the service operator
- Passwords and secrets are encrypted
- We use PostHog for analytics — their privacy policy applies to anonymous usage data only
Your rights (GDPR-aligned)
You can at any time:
- Request a copy of your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Unsubscribe from waitlist notifications
- Object to analytics tracking (use browser's “Do Not Track” or ad blocker)

Children's data
PageLint is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and notify waitlist subscribers via email if the changes are material.
